On my 88 1.3 sami, there are two lines that come off my fuel pump, one that comes from the tank, and one that goes to the carb t's off to charcoal canister. The third is a tube that comes off the fuel pump that kinda points down to the tranny. What is this for? I currently have nothing hooked up to it and it doesn't look like anything has fallen off it. Is it a breather of some sort? Thanks.
Yea, a breather.
When things go South, you'll get either Oil or Gas out of that little tube. My brother had oil coming out of his once. He thought that the pump was bad. Found out that the PCV system was blocked and all of the block's back pressure was trying to go through the fuel pump.
