POR 15 entire Zuk???

Has anyone done it, then painted over it? It sounds to me like the POR15 only works on bare metal, which would make it one long job. I have never used the stuff. Any imput is greatly appreciated.

I've used this product and really like it, but only for small area's. I'd say the major drawback would be the prep time. You can apply it over paint but they have an etching solution that you would use first. So yes, it would take a long time to do it properly and then there is the matter of the cost, which is quite high.

Try sandblasting it with a 70 grit silica or blast, at low psi so you don't blast it off but you etch it.
