Holy no muffler batman

I drove the sami to the car wash today to get it clean so i can start workin on it. Anyways, one of the things that fell of this weekend was the muffler. Its got twice the power without it. And its still got the converter on. Im not to much for the sound tho. Reminds me of those damn lowriders.

What suggestions do ya'll have for an exhaust system.

I run a FloPro on my Sami. Nice mellow sound, but not too loud.

Re: Holy no muffler batman

yeah, I had on a dual glass pack myself, with a thorley header and 2 inch pipes, well, the vibration from the header shook off one of the glass packs to I just unbolted it then my other one got caught up on a rock so I ripped the rest off myself. I actually like how tough she sounds now. and man do I have power. I'm running 33's w/ Thorley header and K&N charger, with no mufflers just a Cat. and I'm reading 60 MPH and that's with out changing anything so who knows how fast I'm really going. I'm thinking about 75-80.

Driving off-road needs to be done well, like throwing a fly at a rising trout in dark, calm waters. Take pride in the task, and the reward is more than the destination.

Great! if you can get away with it! (be sure it's legal) I run just a cat, no muffler, but it does have a good 2" pipe all the way to the back, so the sound isn't too bad. Been thinking about getting a high flow muffler, but hey! - why mess up a good thing.
However... in no way do you want to be confuses with those lowriders!

I put a Calmini muffler/pipe on last week and the power difference was amazing. Good sound, easy fit, nice looks, not too expensive. Check their site.
