I'd go with the IPF headlamps with the j-bulbs. Looks like you have pretty much everything else.

How about pumpkin hats and a center console.

Does a header help that much? Is it worth the money? Just wondering if it would help me out any.

Yes a header would help, but you have to have a completly larger exhaust installed if you are unable to make one yourself. You also need a high flow cat converter to help out.

Dollar for horsepower, the header is the best power upgrade you can do to a Samurai. Its a very worthwhile mod and the most noticeable engine mod you can do for a power increase.

Re: what would you buy at RRO if you had $120,- ?

I had Calmini headers on my first Samurai and Doug Thorley headers on my current one. Both vehicles have two inch exhaust pipe with high flow cats and turbo mufflers. I only notice mild power increases in both vehicles. If it is in fact true that headers are "the most noticeable engine mod you can do for a power increase", then I am a little disappointed.
