Re: home made 4:1 tcase

You will need a sj410 tcase gears and a sj413 tcase the middle gear will be cut in two and and welded to the sj410.
You will use half the gears from the sj410 and half from the sj413. There is a site that tells you exactly what to do but can't find the address

Re: home made 4:1 tcase

Check this link out, it explains the whole T-case gear swap!
The parts are still available from the dealer - cost is about
$330 for the three pieces.

Re: home made 4:1 tcase

330 bucks canadian??? Thats not bad, but at the end it said they would be better off to buy the aftermarket stuff.. Ill give SUZUKI a call today and check out the prices. Are the bearings on the 83 the same size as the 84?? Whats the problem with using a 83 case??

Breeze industries sell all the parts at cost and they cut and weld the gears for $200 Cdn. I just sent my gears to them and they did a great job. Call and ask for Sue and she'll tell you the price of the gears
