new guy with a sam

im a new guy that just got a sam only paid a 100 bucks for it but it needs a front axle if you have one for sale let me know thanks for anyhelp

You only paid 100 bucks!!! what all was wrong with it, besides no front axle.

sorry i have no axles to sell.

the only thing really wrong with it is my drunk brother in law bent the front alxe and dented the front end some nothing that cant be fixed he quit paying on it so i offerd the credit company a 100 bucks for it and they said ok and i get a clean title just need to fix it up

Thats wicked... a front axle souldn't be hard to find, imot im sure,but, you may be able to do an axle swap with a toyota..

was the axle bent bad, was the axle housing bent.?

fordnut- welcome to a good group of people. almost all
samurai types will help you out in a bind we are full of
advice and ideas someone out there has been there and done
that already and is willing to share their good & bad with
any one that asks.

look around you might be able to find another killer deal on one with a blown motor or something. get the whole thing because it will be an invaluable source for spare parts.

I got a Ford F250, and a Samurai with Toyota axles -- it would seem we have similar preferences [img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I also have a complete Samurai front end. Exactly what are you needing to replace on yours, and where are you?

hey oilburner i live in new mexico the rock crawler place that dreams are made of las cruces home of the chile runs and i like all types of trucks just not nissins give me a price on the axle and all see what i can do

Hell the price is right i would really tweak that thing up. Try fitting a 302 and lift it with some 38's. I"m probally dreaming of all these mods for I know nothing about Zuks.[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
