Clutch cable

The inner section of my clutch cable is sliding out. The clutch pedal is not releasing all the way because the inner part of the cable is interfering. Is there any way to fix this or is it time for a new cable. The cable is only about 2 years old.

Were is a good (cheap) place to purchase a clutch cable.

Jay
