Re: Pony Source

Max

Does that mean your not taking the ones from me Max?
You will be billed for duty and shipping fees from that wrecker also.
I was able to get them today by the way. I hope that the ones he sells are in good shape. I personaly picked out the best of the bunch from the yard and let me tell you some were not complete and others were so bent and seized it wasn't funny. Please let me know what your doing as I will offer them to others that have inquired.

Re: Pony Source

I know nothing about the Carbs from the wrecking yard from the West coast. Buyer "beware" as Danny states. As a matter of fact I am going to get my Pony from Danny for three reasons. #1 He is closer to me #2 The problem with duty charges and shipping that would inflate the cost and #3 As Danny states he's culling the rejects he finds and I believe his statement that he will. My check to him will be in the mail today. I posted the alternate source as it is apparent that the carbs are dificult to find. But as always, "buyer beware".

Re: Pony Source

I would hope Max learns from the alternators, long distance ordering from Junkyards isn't the smartest thing to do.
That said, I won't help you fix it if you get a P.O.S. carb Max...... Danny If you have a spare when you come down
I will buy one. Don't go out of your way getting another as I should really be spending the money on other things,

Re: Pony Source

No way DannyL, I am sticking with you without question! A deal is a deal and Im square on my end. Im taking my two at the event and doing the happy dance ( you know the one, naked, lampshade on the head) or maybe thats the wrong dance? I am aware of all that shipping and tax crud, plus I know your taking good care to pick out the good ones. You take credit cards right? LOL, im a cash man myself, ahem (no more credit, glenn knows) Oh yeah, glenn got my new rims, a set of five for 129.00 look good but would look better with 32" tires on them. That wont happen till after the event though. See you there Danny and no worries eh? Max
