I need to \"split\" my transfer case

I've got a replacement transfer case housing to replace my cracked GRS II housing. What I need to do is open my
GRS II housing, "extract the gears and put them in the new housing. Sounds easy, but unfortunately, I don't have a manual. Can anyone give me the "instructions" for splitting the case? Any "gotchas'? I know I should just get the manual, but my Zuk is WAY over budget already.

Thanks,
James Hiers

Its more simple than you think. The only "gotcha" is to pull the speedo gear before you open the case. Otherwise you'll break something.

I can't send you pics or a complete install manual over the net, but I can get you the text from our install instructions if you like. Email me direct if you want James.
