well i don't no what the exact rpms are, that happens to be the set up i am running and i like it better you are turning the little motor about 10% higer than stock but it seems to like it.i drive mine 90 to a 100 mi. a day with no problems, but i normally only run about 65 mph.it seems to work alot better in the hills and is great off road.your speed odometer is going to be about 10 mph. off at 80 you will only be going 70.later mike

The ideal setup would be 4.625s with 33" tires. This puts you right back into your factory powerband and will actually put your speedo dead-on (depending on small variances in some 33" tires).

You'll be winding a bit with 5.13s, but it will make you a Slowpoke on the trail.

I do have that exact gear set up, only with 31's. I run 4800 rpms at 60 mph, with 33's it will be a little lower r's, like around 4500 to 4600.

Thanks for all the info. That looks like the way I will go, I'd rather give up a little speed on the highway to have the gearing for the trail. Thanks again everyone.

i really didn't lose any top speed at all i gained to tell you the truth.it wouldn't pull but about 70 on the highway before now i can get it to hit 80 pretty easy,it is screaming but it will do it now.later mike
