hey zuk jr are you the same brian conrad that was going to buy the wagoneer dana 44's from marcus haught in caddo mills tx? if so i just got them from him the other day and he had mentioned your name. i picked them up for a buddy with an 87 sami. we will be installing them in his zuk with a wagoneer spring over and possibly lengthening the wheel base.

Re: Buggy Leafs, Who makes them??

Yes I'm the same Brian Conrad that was going to buy the Dana 44's off Marcus. I told him that I was going to get them, but I live in N.C. and I'm in the Military and it is really hard to get leave to do things like that! And my wife didn't want me to use her Neon to trailer the axles back to N.C.! My buddys have trucks and told me that they would get them for me, but I would have to pay for the gas and I don't want to do that with a V-8 Blazer with 33" BFG on! I had the same guy trailer my Zuk down to N.C. from Ohio and it cost me close to $275.00!!! Just in GAS! and that was a few years ago! I'm still looking for some axles and I've found a few here in the local junk yard, but it isn't the price I'm looking for!!! Anyways, I'm glad that someone got the axles off of Marcus! If he would of finished his project with the D44 on the Zuk it would of been a nice rig! Was looking VERY nice!

Anyone found out any info about the buggy leafs? Thanks

Re: Buggy Leafs, Who makes them??

Brian, I have a set of Wagoneer 44 axles like you need - located just south of Nashville, TN. E-mail or reply if you are interested, these have the flat top knuckles too just begging for high steering crossover setup. $350 for the pair and I may be able to work out meeting you part way with them
