1990 Zuki headlights replacement

How do you change the headlights - driver side?

July 2009 - Totally stock 1990 JL Zuki, a new canvas that I will make my own....

headlights

Assuming you are talking about a Samurai (as opposed to a TracKick - also occasionally referred to as a "Zuk"), here is the process:

Remove the grill by unscrewing the phillips-head bolts that hold it in place then gently bow the grill outward from the center to clear the mounting pins on the ends. The pins break off easily!

Remove the three screws that hold the trim ring surrounding the head lamp in place.

Unplug the lamp from the rear.

Remove lamp.

Install in reverse order.
