trackick AWD conversion...transfer case?

Longshot (&maybe OT)- AWD transfer case?

Have a 1993 4dr JX Auto, always used on pavement. For winter use on snow (in Canada) I was wondering if anyone ever found a way to connect a viscous clutch transfercase in place of the G130?
Conversely, leaving it in locked 4x4 for a 5 mile run twice a day on snowy pavement, what's going to break? Tires are 235/60r17 Kumho winters.

As long as the pavement isn't dry you will be fine. don't try to overthink it.
You hit dry pavement shift out of 4wd. otherwise buy a rav4...
