1996 Geo Tracker dash removal question

I have a 96 tracker and it started blowing the heater blower fuse. After taking the blower motor out and checking everything out, I noticed that all of the wires to the relay where damaged, got hot and melted the insolation off and stuck them together. I have the steering column out and the airbag on the pass side and all of the bolts that I can see. It appears to be attached to the air ducts, Is there something I am missing to get this out so I can repair the harness? Any help will be appreciated. If I can not I will be parting this thing out. 2 dr, 2wd, just completly rebuilt .20 over 1.6 16 valve motor with 30 miles on it.
