Question Quick easy power out of 88 Sami

Actually I have 2 questions. #1 I Need my Samurai to stop bogging down at bad times like when accelerating on a flat road. #2 In between speeds of about 45-55 the front end shimmys and shakes really bad?

#1 Install a carb vent tube

#2 could be many things, from out of balance tires to worn steering, driveline and suspension components
