Warn winch customer service rules!

I just recieved my m8000 from 4wheel parts.com. It cost me $522 shipped! I was tossing around the idea of going with a t-max, and all the feedback i've read on them was decent. I kept reading how the Warns are unstoppable, and my buddies m8000 is 15years old and pulls his 3/4 chevy out everytime, but price was a barrier. When I saw this price though it made my decision.
I just opened the box and saw that the negative cable was damaged (insulation torn). So I phoned 4 wheel parts, they gave me warns number. Well, I'm happy to say that I just got off the phone with one of the best customer service reps I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He sent the new cable to my door at no charge express shipping, and I'm Canadian and picked up the winch at the border! He even told me that I can use the other one as a spare because the negative won't be affected by a rip in insulation. Free replacement though!
I'm just not used to such excellent customer service, and wanted to tell people. Warn just made me a customer for life!

Now to build a bumper like shrockwerks' to mount this thing, and finally get this sidekick good and stuck!
