Lost a friend

Sad day. Got news a good, close friend both Yankee Bob and I knew from childhood died yesterday.

I posted this no other place, as this feels as close to a extended family as I can get. Please say a prayer for him.

Thanks

The loss of a good friend and father

The wake was yesterday. Good to see many childhood friends, just wish is was under other circumstances.

Stopped at the accident scene because a voice told me to. Very sad. Very violent. Very, very tradgic. Was told the Crash Investigation Unit said his bike was on his white line when he got hit head on. There was nothing he did wrong, nor nothing he could have done to prevent it. Sometimes, I guess, its the design of things, and not to understand.

They laid him to rest today in a cemetary no far from his childhood home.

I pray he is at peace now.
