hey ack...just an FYI. i got a front axle completely disassembled in my garage. do need any pics of the components maybe as a guide to label them for people?

dunno was just a thought

Sure!

One pic that would be nice is a close-up of the c-clip groove on the end of the axle shafts. I want to create something for folks who are playing with the idea of putting Samurai locking hubs on a TracKick. It's not a good idea and a pic of an axle shaft would be helpful.

Also, a pic of the caliper mounting plate might be handy for those considering a mercedes-type OTT conversion.

And another good one would be the OEM perches - especially the passenger side one. That would be useful for explaining the need for custom cutting on a home-made spring over perch since the inside edge needs to conform to the pumpkin housing diameter there...

All would be great for FAQ articles!

i will do my best to get those to you.....need any good pics of an un-exploded birf? lol i think i got one that the grease is pretty much cleaned out of and is nice and shiney right now....


oh oh oh....i got a caliper torn apart too i can get you pics of that....a good R and R article on stuck calipers would be cool
