salvaging...

Add to the list:

Power steering pump and resevoir
AC compressor (seal the input/output ports immediately upon removal)
Alternator
All lighting items
Speedometer cable
driveshafts( or as the English call them - propeller shafts)
If they have the same-shaped dash asssembly, the dash assembly especially if the spare is a tach dash!
Radiator
rear door latch/license lamp cover.
hood latch cable
Front CV shafts (relube and reboot them for 15 bucks each)
Plastic inside door latch assemblies
soft top frame & hardware if they are both '95 or older.
Any and all nuts, bolts and washers

Many of the above I have needed at one time or another for my "fleet". This is not to say the items will fail. Some pinhead (NOT ME! REALLY!) grabbed and pulled down on my hoodlatch and broke the plastic handle off!

Hope this helps!
