How much grease in the steering knuckle & birfield

I'm rebuilding the front axle on my Samurai and it calls for 150 grams of grease in the knuckle area. Well since I can't recall the last time I put a blob of grease on a scale I got no reference as to how much that is!
Why not just give it in volume like 200ML or 1/4 cup or something.
So what do you guys do - pack it slam full or just wipe some on the birfield & knuckle walls?
TIA

I pack mine! If it's full of Grease it can't be full of any thing else!!. :All Good:
I might add I did so when I had Zuk Axcles and still do so in my Toy axcles that I am now running. It Squshies out some but Hay it keeps things lubed Up and has never caused me any problems. I gave my Zuk Axcles to a Buddy and he made some coments about people that OVER grese things!!!
