MAP sensor replacement

Hi Everyone,

I have a bad MAP sensor in my 1991 Samurai 1.3 EFI. Looks like replacements run $160.00-$300.00. Sticker shock compared to GM's!

Anyone have any ideas for a new one? Nothing in the bone yards around here. I'm also looking for a direct replacement, not modification of one from another car maker.

THANKS !!

Re: MAP sensor replacement

Call Hawk Suzuki in Oregon. He can hook you up with a new or used one. Plus he can help you diagnose your problem map sensor before you go buy electric parts all helter skelter like.

Thanks! Called Hawk, I have one on the way. Saved me $150.00 or so! Thanks again !

Just a quick thanks to everyone on the board. I can't even begin to tell you the amount of time and especially money you all have saved me over the last five years or so. It is greatly appreciated!
