Re: E-bay super charger

The fact that he will ONLY accept a money order also scares me. At least PayPal has buyer protection!

Re: E-bay super charger

I won't tell you what to do but I know that if it were me I would hold off. there are plenty of other mods that need/ should be done before a motor should be supercharged (my opinion only) good luck with whatever you decide. You could do A LOT for that kind of money though. later.
not to jump in on your post but I remember seeing an electric supercharger for the zooks for like $150 new. dunno anything about it. does anyone else??

Re: E-bay super charger

You could easily get 30% more hp for alot less money and gain more torque while you are at it....swap in a 1.6 or just add a Weber, header, and free-flow exhaust and get 10-15% more power.....or do all of the above and get 40% more hp!

Re: E-bay super charger

PayPal has no real buyer protection. Check out www.paypalsucks.com for more info. Also, if you send a postal money order through the mail and the person stiffs you, you can sick the federal government on them as it's a federal crime to defraud through the mail system. Punishable by a $10,000 fine and 10 years in jail. I only take money orders for Ebay items, and have tried being scammed once, only to have have it backfire on them.
