A car that fits in the back of a Samurai?

I wonder if this could be made to be street legal in the U.S..

not to sound too stupid but how much is it in US?
I much like every one here would love to have it,but there are problems.
1. how the hell would we get it here?
2. would it be legal here?
3.when can we get it ? we can pass it around like a beer when we were young. or we could do it on time shareing LOL...Capt found it he goes first!!!!! uh uh I thought of it I got second!... [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Don't know about a small block... biggest i've seen in a street legal fashion was the Integra 1.8L... and that took quite a bit of work.
