Vibration in front pulleys

I changed out my water pump after the old one shelled its front bearing. The impellor of the old one chewed up the front cover slightly. The fins on my GM alternatnator have slight wear from hitting the aftermarket bracket. The alternator did not show signs of bearing play, and the case is tight, brackets are solid. I used a crank pulley off of 1324 cc motor, and the motor I'm running is a 1289 cc (I can't remember which motor is the 13A and which is the 13B). The crank pulleys appeared identical, and the original 1289 cc pulley was bent. Now I have this moaning/rumbling vibration at rpms above 3900. What gives? Those pulleys aren't actually harmonic balancers are they?
