OT - more Festiva stuff

I thin the carburetor is bad on it. How hard is it to rebuild one. Does rebuilding typically fix the problems?

When I accelerate its like gas isnt going thru.....it starts to stall almost and kicks foward all of the sudden. After the car warms up there arent really any problems at all(most of the time). I've already narrowed it down to the carb.

Are there kits to buy when rebuilding? I wanna do things as cheap as possible considering that im working on a $500 car.

Thanks a lot. lol i need this car running before i burn my rear tires with that spool.

Re: OT - more Festiva stuff

Thats exactly why im fixing this one up....damn gas.....plus it will save the rear tires on the sammi since its spooled. And the festiva is only worth about $500 so im trying to watch how much money I throw into it. I'll give them a call tho just to see.
