side kick R&P

Are the ring and pinions better out of the side kick, or is it just a cheaper way of gear reduction?

Re: side kick R&P

The kick or tracker ring and pinions are lower geared than the samurai ones. The fronts from the kick/tracker will fit the front / rear of the samurai with a spacer kit. The rear ring and pinion from the kick / tracker will not fit in the samurai housing, but many aftermarket companys take the center from the kick/tracker and combine it with the samurai outers to give you a stronger gear set.
