16V motor into 8V hole?
Has anybody done the swap from a 8V in an early Tracker with a later model 16V? If I had the late model ECM and a 16V motor, what else would have to be changed in a 5 speed?
It seems that the early motors are harder to find than a later one and while I know I could swap the heads and carry on with the 8V- TBI setup, if I could make the 16V multi-point setup work I would.
Fuel lines and exhaust- sure, I'd have to alter. What else?
