Good weekend anyone ?
current pain in the a$$.well all else failed again,the engine swap couldn't have gone much worse.
the deeper I went the worse it got,I was doing good until the one I was taking out had some modification's to it like in the wiring.
and the new clutch in it didn't look new too me,but that is what the girl said oh it's got a new one...
when I did get the engine out ,I think to my self (since no one is here but me) I said man your this deep why not look at the clutch and see what you think,it looked like crap real thin and the actual clutch plate was in backwards,YES BACKWARDS!! how can I tell you ask? because the spring's had worn down the flywheel bolts. nice huh? so too the new engine/new too me/ I go to find the pilot bearing is completely destroyed like fell right out in as many piece's,but all the ball's were not accounted for,upon further inspection how there got here I have no clue,but in the cavities in the back of the engine it self,you cant get there from here?but they did..
finally found a engine lift, and not a come a long,because when I pulled it all last time I didn't think the roof was going to hold up in my old a$$ barn.I think I got a good deal on a new clutch throwoutbearring and pressure plate, new in the Box from Fast Auto part's.it is some heavy duty racing clutch.any way the whole kit is $102.00 witch I didn't think was too bad,so I am off LOL I mean I am gone to the house,I will up date you in the morning after my wife finds out I spent more money on what she likes to call, drum roll please (the little ugly money pit)
