Any Ill effects of making doors removable?

Howdy now that its warming up here in Kansas I was woundering if there are any Ill effects of making doors removable? IE doors sagging and not closeing properly.....sheetmetal ripping out at the hinges....or am I just being paranoid again? Thanks for any input as I'm think I'm headed out to get me a dremal and do a little grind'n...just like to know what I'm about to get my self into.

I had no problems and never heard of anyone else having them either. It was the first mod I did to my first sammy.

Yep, you're just being paranoid. If your doors close well no, DO NOT UNBOLT THEM TO CUT THE HINGES!! You can use a dremil tool and cut them while on the vehicle. This is the best way to heep your doors aligned. If you unbolt them you will end up spending some extra time trying to get them to close smoothly again.

I figured out the hard way that if you cut the hinges the doors fly off after you flip your Zuk end over end 4-6 times down the highway!

I am impressed with the integrety of the passenger compartment.
At least the frame still has what appears to be a flat spot.

Hey Lundy, from a fellow Wichita Zuker, I can say there is NO problems with running doorless! First mod I did, and love it! Drop me a line if you want and we can hook up!
