offset the trackbar?

i'de like to offset the trackbar about 1 or 2 inches on the driver side for an easier fabrication. Is there any problem in doing that?

Re: offset the trackbar?

Very nice work Oliver.
The track bar needs to be as long as possible, and paralell to the axle.

Re: offset the trackbar?

"old vs new brake (from a renault clio) " Did you do this because it has a bigger bore?

Re: offset the trackbar?

BY trac bar you mean traction bar right?
If so yes you can offset it.
Panhard bars need to be parelell to the axle not trac bars.
