Re: tyre sizes

As I figure a 235-85-16 is about 31 3/4" tall. That's to much height for a 2" lift. It'll take close to 6" lift to clear and leave room for flex. But I've been wrong before.

Re: tyre sizes

ive never measured a p235, but ive heard they're usually about 29", maybe 30". and Ive had about 2.5" from a S/R settup with 31" tires. I by no means had much flex but I doubt it would take 6" to give your self sufficient flex. 6" would be nice tho...definitely would have good flex, but many people that ive looked at on zuk websites have run 3"-5" settups with 31" tires and they didnt have bad flex.

Re: tyre sizes

I ran 235/75s with stone stock suspension and stock wheels and they didn't rub anywhere.

Re: tyre sizes

I had 30x9.5 15's a samurai with a 2" shackly lift. Didnt rub very badly, just pound the seem in the fender well flat, and trim the stock front bumper.
