BFG\'s 33x10.5 : What Rims

Can I run these tires on stock rims? I would like to keep the tires as close to under the truck as possible. Any other options from stock trucks. I wouldn't mind picking up a set of regular steal wheels.

Thanks

I have a 33X9.50 (BFG)on a stock rim, and I have seen 31X10.50 on stock rims.

15x7 wheels would be good, you'll need about 3 1/2- 4" backspace to keep them off the springs. I used a old set of '81 Bronco wheels(15x7) my brother had laying around when I ran a Calmini SR SPOA with my 31" BFG KOs. They where OK but would rub the springs just before lock. I think they where 4.5" backspace if I remember correctly. You could find a set of Jeep, Ford(early), and I think some old Dodge wheels had 5 on 5 1/2 bolt circle. Just make sure the center hole is big enough to clear the hubs, I had to clearence the Bronco wheels a little to get them to fit.

Actually you want 2"-3" backspacing to keep the tires off the springs. The less backspacing the better.
