Brent is complementing RRO?

This is kind-of a hijack but since it has to do with RRO I guess I have to say it. Tonight when I was working on my street Samurai I was pulling off my RRO alt bracket because I am putting it in the other rig. A buddy of mine gave me the roadless unit to replace it. I mounted it up and within fifteen seconds decided it was not staying on this motor. The RRO one is far superior in terms of design and craftsmanship. I wanted to thow out the roadless one but it was given to me so I didn't. I am not one to have anything good to say about them (RRO) usually but in being fair I thought I should note that even though it is a simple little part it is definately well crafted.

Please don't take this as me knocking Figmo, it's just that bracket is not for me especially since I used a different and better one in my opinion. Ugghhh PC...

It's too bad RRO has the stigma they do... their in house products are decent.

Hijack off...

hahaa.

Re: More than 1 Rocky Road Outfitters?

All depends on who copyrighted/trademarked the name first. If Glenn didn't, then he might have to change again. If he did, then the new commer needs to change.

I just think it's funny.

Re: More than 1 Rocky Road Outfitters?

I noticed that the other day looking for RRO's web site.I also noticed they use the back to back R's like "Rock Ready" does. Seems like alot of people using the same ideas one way or another.
