Any one looking for special edition rear buckets seats? There is a set on ebay right now with no reserve going for $75.00.

Re: special ed. rear buckets on ebay

I have rear bucket seats in pretty good condition that I don't even use. I have an 87 Special Edition. They are grey and red I believe I'd sell them for cheaper than $75.00.

OH I forgot I got a digital camera now, picture enclosed!

Besides the rear seat what else is different about the special edition. What are you looking to get for the seats and about hmuch do they weight for shipping to Chicago. How do they bolt in also.

Re: special ed. rear buckets on ebay

I think the SE's came with a factory tachometer maybe? Other than that I have no idea what the differences are. The seats on ebay are EXACTLY what I have, they bolt in the front and then have a latch in the back so they fold forward. Mine have EVERYTHING except the front bolts but those wouldn't be hard to replace. They also only have the female ends of both seatbelts.

I have a few people interested in them and have been offered a price and also a trade. I hate selling stuff cause I don't like people haggling back and forth over stuff. I am getting ready to go spring over so I've had a cash offer and an offer for a trade for some spring over stuff that I need desperately. I have no idea what I want to do now! I have those seats in mine. They're nice because you can lean one forward to put stuf in the car and still have space for a rear passenger.

Re: special ed. rear buckets on ebay

I have yet another person interested now (SHEESH). The bid on ebay is up to $79.00 but I'll probably go ahead and sell to Sean (aftermarket4x4) since he was the first one to contact me and say "consider them sold". I don't really have the money to ship them if I do a trade so Sean I'll get you some info and you can either PayPal me after I find out the shipping cost or send me a check.

Hope you like them!

Re: special ed. rear buckets on ebay

I have a Special Edition. What makes it different is the split rear seats, the upholstery, full length door panels, Came with a silver soft top with 2 windows on the roof, rear window defrosters, Different grill that is white around the headlights, bumpers that are grey not black, an S on the targa, Plus all the jx options. The decals are very different, 87 came in metalic gray, 86 came in a blue color. They also made a few hardtop Special editions, But I have never seen one. Any questions?

Re: special ed. rear buckets on ebay

Bleh! I checked on standard UPS ground shipping today. $50.00!! I guess I didn't count on those seats being 20+ pounds a piece!
