Rancho CJ\'s Now With Pics !!

I was a little skeptical if the CJ Ranchos would be the answer to my ride height/spring issues.

I had a set of CJ's in the rear, but after 20 years of use and the loads I usually carry, I was beginning to sag in the rear. Nothing terrible but it bothered me. I figured I was about an inch lower in the rear (up front - S/R with RUF). I'm still SPUA......

Rancho part #RS44092, 2 1/2" lift for a CJ... I removed the smallest leaf and finally installed them. I was skeptical of what type of ride I was going to have as Ranchos tend to be quite firm and these springs had a spring rate of 325.

I'm happy to report that the Ranchos lifted the rear a full 3 inches. For my setup, this was perfect and the ride is not nearly as firm as I thought it would be.
My current shocks are pretty spanked and I 'll have some DT 8000's shortly........

I'll post some pics tomorrow....

This is a before shot....
