Rocky Road rock sliders

Anyone here have these on your rig ? What do they mount to ? Do they have brackets that extend over to the frame and bolt on there ? Are they up against the bottom of the body ? How do you like them ?

Re: Rocky Road rock sliders

I can help ya out here. I bought them. They are very beefy! I mean these things are bulletproof!! I did however sell them to JCC here on the board as my plans had changed. I instead went with the SHROCKWORKS Shrock bars. I think the RRO sliders were really nice but not what I wanted appearance wise. Either why, you can't lose. They will both do the job. I'll post a few pics when I get home tonight of the RRO sliders.

I agree. Jim is one of the best people to deal with. Shrockworks has nothing but high quality products! I am ordering them as soon as I finish a few jobs and free up some cash. I really like the body mount version, it's a good idea. Check em out....

Re: Rocky Road rock sliders

IMO, by looking at the pics and comments, Schrock has great products. I'm currently running the RRO sliders and I love them, they do not stick out as far Shcrocks which is what I wanted and they are IMO high quality.

They'll both do the job great, it just comes down to $$$ and what look you like better.

Re: Rocky Road rock sliders

NC ZUK, Thanks for the pictures. Are those the RRO sliders ? Why a bracket on just one end ?

Yes they are the RRO sliders. There are mounting holes on the other end as well. I'm not sure why there is only a bracket on one end. Sorry.
