homemade bump stops

hey folks, anyone got pics of home made front and rear bump stops?

I'm getting bucket loads of rubbing on the firewall and front of the tub behind the lights. in the rear the inner part of the tyre rubs the tub.

I have cut off the rear stock bump stops to clear the disc caliper bleeder valve and have no idea how to install a home made custom bump stop.

any pics would be great.
here are some pics of my rig flexing and rubbing.

Re: homemade bump stops

they are motorway mongrels, remoulds. much cheaper here in australia than the simex.

they are also 32", I'm running stock springs with 2" bodylift.

hence my need to fix these bumps stops. the front is fixed but the rear end is pissing me off.
