Need YJ HELP ASAP!

I'm installing YJ's using TT's kit. I didn't get the kit from TT and I figured I could piece it together myself (wrong!). My problem is with the bushings. First I got the sammy bushings and they seem to be OK, but the YJ bushings I got don't fit the new shackles. There is at least 3/16" gap between the bushings and the shackle. Did I get the wrong ones? I need to get this thing together soon. I need it next weekend, but I only have two days between now and then to work on it. If I can't figure this out by tomorrow, I'll call TT on monday.

Re: Need YJ HELP ASAP!

the trail tough instructions say to use flat washers to fill any gap in between the the shackles and bushings. i ended up using one was per side on each bushing up front.

Jason, You should know men don't read instructions, but in this case he should read them, huh?

I read the instructions and re-read them. they don't say anything about using washers to fill the gaps.
