Zookin parts sale and swap?

I wonder if it makes any sense to list stuff you might be dragging along to the Zookin event and wish to sell or trade. There's no raffle this year, so folks might have some extra $ to buy parts from each other! I know several of the people on the board have things they want to sell. I'm sure some deals have been made already behind the scenes, but if anyone has stuff they want to sell, maybe this is a good way to pool the info.

For instance, I have a Smittybuilt front tube bumper that was customized to my standards that I would like to sell for 75$. I have some aluminum sami driveline spacers I can sell and a pair of Rocky Road poly Tcase mounts that need a home. I also have a full set of brand new poly bushings for a samurai that can be had. I have a sunroof that fits in a hardotp sami and two sets of rear glass for a hardtop. I have a rear window for a hardtop. I have a sami back seat I can sell. I ahve a full set of stock sami leaf springs, a full set of longer cheapo shocks (26" extended) to fit a sami with about 50 miles on them.

You get the idea. might as well make a mini swap meet out of the whole deal, eh?

I think that would be a cool idea if there were more people involved.

I may bring a few items with me: set of rock rails, and some other stuff.

I was talking with the wife last night, we are going to do a 50/50 raffle with the proceeds going to service members familys
who where killed in the war.

A 50/50 is 1/2 the cash raised will be given as prizes and the other goes to whatever. so we will have something...

I have a brand new set of four of those cool little die cast samurais that are auctioned all the time on Ebay. I was going to donate them to the raffle this year. Is there a way we can still swing something like that? I know 87zuke had some stuff to donate, too.

I got a set of caps to offer up, and if Wyld Bill doesn't want to trade a tach for the rails, those too.

I'll give you the speedo cluster, take the rails, & you can donate the speedo cluster to the raffle

I've got a 92 Tracker that I'm parting out, not gonna haul it down there though

Re: Zookin parts sale and swap?

I'm looking for a Sidekick crossmember (the one under the transfer case). Bought a set of Calmini skid plates but the X-90 doesn't have the tab with the 12mm bolt holes on the back side of the crossmember.

I'm hoping that a 5 speed Sidekick crossmember will bolt right in, otherwise I'll have to fabricate something.
