Re: Longer Body mount bolts...Anyone got any?

i used the calmini kit but after i got it
i was pissed at how simple it is

you take box tube and move the spacers and nuts to mount the tube to the body
then you take new bolts and washers to mount the box tubing to the frame
on the front and rear you also have to get longer metric bolts
the gas filler has to be lenght'in and i think if you go over 2" you have to notch the t/case area to let you get it in low gear
and you have to cut the tranny area to get it in 2nd,4th, reverse

i prefer 2" to 3" because of the troubles.
with a 2" bl you dont need to worry about the shifter and steering...

i just drilled out the stock weld-in bolts und used new ones. that was work of about 3hours. but kept the body-lift simple and cheap for me. now i can put any height i want.

take a look at
