Rear Toy axel done

Hi All well I got my Rear Toy axel on last weekend and took it for a drive and man did it viberate. Went back to my Toy buddy and picked up a couple of thoes double jointed drive shafts and am going to try putting it on tomorrow. Got a question. I was told to put the double joint on top - but the flange is to large and bolt holes overlap the outside of the T-case flange. If I turn it around with the double joint on the bottom it looks like it will work. Will it hurt any thing to run it that way?

I think you will need some rat adapters . Look for rockrat here on the board . He makes the adpater to put a toy shaft on a zuk flange .

Re: Rear Toy axel done

Hi Scott
Well I do indeed need your adapters. I'm going to order the rear one at this time as I don't have the drive shaft for the front yet and not sure what I'm going with.
I'm not real sure what year the drive shaft is but it is a Toy double cardan type. I need the adapter for the top between the toy drive shaft and the T/case. I will be wanting the bolt kit as well.

UP DATE
Well all I got done this weekend was working on drive shafts, Took the Yota shaft apart cleaned and greased everthing and put it back together and ordered an adpater from ROCKRAT , back on it next saterday when I get back in town!!! I hope to get well under way on getting the front done asuming the rear drive shaft and adpater workes out. only question I have is that in adition to the centered yota rear end I also have 2" lifted YJ springs on it. Well, will see what happnes when I get that adapter and double caderan shaft in place next Saterday!!!! (YA YA I know I can't spell worth a lick!!!!)
