exhaust

I just finished 88 suzuki to spoa with 1.6 I engine converson,had new exhaust system with turbo muffler,2 inch pipe thru to back bumper. When I drive zuk with top off the exhaust gases are so bad gives me headache. anybody have any suggestions? I was told to have pipe bent do it comes out behind back left tire. Yes it wil, depending on if the motor is running remotly correct for fuel mix...

Outlaw,thanks,engine is 1.6 16 v injected,I ran test on engine with scanner and everything came up good,thats the only way I know to check,if you have any other info I would be happy to learn as much as I can,this is my first zuk,thanks.mark

Bend the pipe as told. What you are experiencing is a veturi effect. As you go down the road you're
creatinga vacumn behind you and it sucks the exhaust fumes in to fill the void [img]images/graemlins/40BEER.gif[/img]

Get a cheap (40 dollar) cat on there, it'll help LOTS!
Also, fix any leaks, shoot the exhaust out the rear left tire and bend the end down just a little.
