Re: tire size???

I ran LT235/75R15s on stock rims with some rubbing at full articulation (I removed the sway-bar and bumpstops completely), with springs that are in good shape. You wouldn't have a problem at all on the street.

I just put some 31x10.50s on with the rims that were on my Jeep (15x7 or 15x8?). I added 1" lift shackles that I made, and pounded the ribs inside the front wheel well to stop rubbing on the street at full lock.

I'm moving the rear springs to the front and putting CJ springs in the rear. That will create enough room for the tires.

Re: tire size???

You may want to tinker with the CJ spring packs. The rear springs up front will give you an extra 3/4" of lift or so. The stock CJs in back will give you 2" or so. You may want to swap in some Samurai leaves for a couple of the CJ leaves to level out your vehicle a bit.

Re: tire size???

You can put 235/75/15's on with only minimul rubbing under heavy articulation.
