What valve springs???

What valve springs do you guys use with a low-midrange cam?? Stock? Double?

Has anyone had any problems with the stock springs?

I'm about to build a 1.3 with 1.6 exhaust valves, porting, higher compression, weber, headers, 2" exhaust, and of course a cam.

Whats everyone else using? Anyone know the specs on the Asianautos cam?

I live in New Zealand, so I can't really affordably ship one from the USA, so I need some specs to get one ground here.

Cheers

Ben

Re: What valve springs???

The only double springs I know of that are available are from Iskendarian Racing Cams . Not sure if they would sell them seperately as they come in a kit with their Z-330 racing grind cam . If you want a torque cam , just have one ground at a 262 duration w/.400 lift , should be killer for wheeling . A billet new one would be the best way , since the physical lobe diameter won't allow that much lift on a regrind from a stock unit . Hope this helps,
