Head Gasget or Fuel Pump. HUDDLED IN CORNER W/GUN TO HEAD.

Well, I have white stuff under the oil filler cap, Oil level rising, Pressure under the oil filler cap just after I shut it down. However, I don't loose coolant??? None, zero, zip...My first impression is HEAD GASKET..Am I wrong?? My gas mileage does stink. and it doesn't get hot (if the gauge is working?)
I was told that it might be my fuel pump??? Could this be? I'd hate to tear it down only to find later that it was a stupid little part like the fuel pump.
A lot of you guys have helped me out lately, and for that " Thank You ". I really appreciate it. I'm trying to get ready for the 29th annual high desert round up. In two weeks. I hope I make it.

What color is the oil? If it is water getting in the oil it will be milky in color. If it is the fuel pump leaking there will definately be a smell of gasoline on the dipstick and at the oil fill hole. The white around the fill cap could just be moisture from the winter, (Condensation) but the crankcase getting fuller sounds like water or gasoling. Good Luck ...Harry...

If it turns out to be the fuel pump I replaced mine in 20 minutes!! And I am slow!!

the diaphram in mine was shagged so oil leaked from the vent tube(?)and dripped/oozed down over the back of the engine and top of transmission.
