price on clutch install

alright i don't personally have time to do the clutch replacement- being a learning experience and all. i am going to purchase a clutch kit and take it the shop. about how much is a ballpark range for the install. just so i can know before my wife starts beating me for more money into cars.

thanx for your time everybody.

Re: price on clutch install

Just shop around for one of the local guys from this board , they'd probably do it for $75 or less and maybe a few brews...

Re: price on clutch install

Just because its slipping doesn't mean you can't adjust it. What do you have for pedal freeplay?

Re: price on clutch install

the clutch doesnt engage/disengage until the very top f the pedal, not much room for adjustment.
