hand throttle and weber question

Those of you with hand throttles and Weber carbs, how did you secure the cable to the throttle linkage? Was looking at it tonight and I can't think of a good way to do it.

Re: hand throttle and weber question

There is a certain spot you can drill the bracket and add a cable to the linkage , but you gotta watch how you do it . Also, when you do hook up a hand throttle, the main cable has to be wire tied to the throttle bracket so it can't climb out of the groove and hold the throttle open ....

Re: hand throttle and weber question

Just hook it to your foot pedal, = no kinked cables.
