Wrangler springs for the old zuk

I'm not sure if you heard of glenns Wangler spring lift or not,it's not out yet. But if you have do you no if you use rear-rear Wangler springs or front-rear. Please giveme the lowdown. Oh, and if other zuk companies have this lift.

Thanks

Re: Wrangler springs for the old zuk

Wrangler springs are the same length front and rear. So, technically, you could use either spring on the Samurai with the kit. However, the rear Wrangler springs are a bit lighter spring rate so I prefer to use rears all the way around on a Samurai to maximize the soft ride and flex. Hope this helps.

Re: Wrangler springs for the old zuk

I'll add to what Glenn said so far. Wrangler springs are killer, we have 3 zuks now with them. They gave aprx 3 inch's of lift. Its a lot of work, count on cutting all your mounts off, and building new ones. Of course, you could use the Canyon states kit.....looks like almost as much work, but not as much fabricating....probably costs a bundle though...

Re: Wrangler springs for the old zuk

Just a quick question, how wide are the wrangler springs?
I think I read they were 2.25 inches wide somewhere, but not sure.
Thanks

2.5" wide, 45" long.

Finally have a Sunday free..........should be able to swap in the CJ springs with extended hangers and shackles. We'll do a page on it and post here when I'm done.
