any one know sean dyne???

I ordered some a new clutch from a guy named sean dyne. His email is [email protected]. Does anyone know this guy or had any experience? It has been a while and I still have no part, and no contact. I have been without a clutch for about 3 months now, saved up enough money for one, and now I am wondering if I just wasted my money. Please help me in anyways you can, if you know him, or how to get a hold of him, or if I should just start saving my money up again. Thanks guys.

Re: any one know sean dyne???

Hey, sorry to tell you, I ran into another gentleman last week that had the same problem from zukisean. He had a add on the izook classifieds board. He evedently payed the jerk for a transfer case and never received it. His add is still on there, you may want to contact him. Maybe between the both of you, the amounts will total enough to try to procecute the jerk in his state whatever it may be. I had a customer do a similar thing in Fl. He ordered some merchandise cod and wrote a bad check for it. He knew exactly what he was doing, and kept the total just under the procecutable amount. But when we saw him at a trade shop a year or so later, my dad followed him yelling at the top of his lungs that the guy was a theif and told every exhibiter at the show who the guy visited not to do business with the guy. The security guards thought that they were going to escort my father out of the show. He informed them that if they touched him that it would be assult as he had done nothing wrong. About that time, others started arriving that the guy had cheated. The theif was escorted out of the show and is not permitted to attend again. Point being, get in touch with the guy, and then contact the procecuters office and find out what you can do about it. There is nothing worse than a theif. This may not be the case, but this is the 4th or 5th time I have heard of people complaining about this character...
Good luck,
later

Re: any one know sean dyne???

marcus-
check the other board(topica) i believe there was some discussion
on this guy- apparently he had ripped off a few people and from what
I recall, someone had a lead on this guy- apparently they have friends
that are "specialists" in locating deadbeats, if ya know what I mean.
Best of luck. It really bites when there are people who are out there
not to help fellow zuks, but instead rip folks off. What goes around
comes around..

Re: any one know sean dyne???

Here is the add from the guy on the izook board.
Date: 23 april, 2000
Submitter's Name: Tom Smith
Submitter's Email: [email protected]
Item: Trans. Case
Phone Number: (520) 428-2022
Price: up to $200
Additional Info: Will buy C.O.D. only, got ripped off by suzisean when paid before delivery.
Case was never sent and won't answer e-mail.

I've been around lawyers and the sort all my life. The other gentleman is right. There are some good "locaters" around the states. But, you also have the address and a receipt showing payment I assume? There is a record of the area where it payment was received whether a cc, check, or mo. There is a record somewhere. Now, I may be a back woods redneck (compliments!!!), but I do know that the law is probably interested in internet things of this sort. I had a case of postal fraud, but it was under the prosecutable amount unfortuantely. How many folks have been ripped off by this jerk???? 4 that I have heard of. Don't remember where you would get in touch with the first ones I heard of. But there is you and Mr. Smith. What state was the jerk in? Try contacting the state police, or prosecuters office in the city where payment was mailed (if mailed) for a first step. Find out what the laws and requirements are for this. If payment was sent through the mail and not a credit card, then it is mail fraud too, not just internet fraud. Things will get serious because it is a federal thing then... Follow up man, it is the best thing to do... Rocking the boat is fun sometimes, what makes this better, is your one right side of the law here. Mr. Smith is too. See what you can do!!!
Keep us informed!!!
If he was on the east coast, let me know... Email me personally I would enjoy talking off the board...

marcus

I have read your message and it sucks that someone would do that to a fellow Zook owner.

Tell me is that a stock clutch you need?

If it is, send me your mailing address. I will send you one, and you can pay later, when you get on your feet.

Re: any one know sean dyne???

well that guy also got some money from me, $118.50 to be exact. So dont feel
bad(maybe just a little bad). If you decide to take some legal action you can
count with me(I got all the paperwork). My problem is that I dont live in the
continental USA and is kind of hard and expensive for me to bring this [censored]
to justice. Now if he was to live down here.....I have some friends that will
love to pay him a visit. anyway does not pay to cry over spilled milk, you just
have to be more careful next time. AND THANKS GOD! THERE ARE MORE GOOD SUKI
GUYS OUTHERE THAT THE BAD ONES....
talk to ya later!
