CB Radio mounting

88 Samurai

Where can I install a CB in a Samurai. I have looked around the cab but nothing strikes me as a good area. Any suggestions?

Re: CB Radio mounting

I made a cross bar out of 1 1/2" tee bar. I cut the ends so that the flat side is down and mounted it below the side roll bars above my head, so the radio is as close to the windshield as possible. I also mounted digital gauges up there. I have a light bar above the windshield that I put my magnetic antenna on. I run the wires down the inside of the windshield on the drivers side. It works out OK. I had the radio mounted on the passenger side of the hump but when I sank the Zuke the radio went under and ruined it. Later ..Harry
